IxDA Interaction 08 | Savannah
This friday I leave for Savannah to attend the first ever Interaction Designer Association conference.
The conference line up is stellar! Allan Cooper and Bill Buxton are amongst the keynote speakers. Additional speakers I'm interested in seeing are Dan Brown, Dave Armano, Aza Raskin and David Cronin. I've never been to Savannah so taking some site is a must. I'm attending the architecture tour friday afternoon.
Beyond the opportunity to explore a new place and meet up with my peers, this conference has been a long time coming. IxDA has been on my radar since it founded earlier in this decade and I'm stoked to see that the organization has grown to be able to put on this conference. Keep tuned, I'll have more to report as the weekend progresses.
