Testing.

We can identify usability pitfalls before you launch your web application, web site, desktop software and mobile device interface.

Usability testing can be done at anytime within the design and development process. Depending at what stage you are in, we can use a variety of methods to conduct the test. We can transform your wireframes into paper prototypes, use clickable html screens or functional prototypes.

We will coordinate a testing location (our office, your site or third-party location), source test subjects in your targeted demographic and work with your team to establish the goals of the usability test. After determining which features of your web application or web site require testing, we will prepare the script and facilitate the testing sessions.

All sessions are screen-captured and voice recorded allowing us to analyze both the users task flow through the application including verbal or facial reactions to the tests. Test videos are exported to Quicktime, tagged and burned to DVD for follow-up analysis. We will provide a detailed analysis of the test results.

Our expert evaluation is custom tailored to meet your needs. We can quickly help you work through a design problem or evaluate an existing digital product or service. We will work with you to define an evaluation framework based on your goals and our expertise. Within a few days we will provide you a detailed report identifying any issues we found and propose immediate solutions. We offer three levels of evaluation services:

• Level 1: Single Web Page or Screen
• Level 2: Task Flow with Multiple Web Pages and Screens
• Level 3: Custom Evaluation
