The digital landscape has changed. You can no longer afford to create products that are filled with meaningless feature sets and services that don't connect with your customers. You have to provide a meaningful experience that meets your customers' goals and needs in a simple, empathetic and engaging manner. It's not enough to think about what your products and services can do, you now have to think about how they do it.
In this one day workshop we will teach you to think differently about how you should create your products and services. We will cover the foundations of designing a meaningful experience. We will also teach you the skills and knowledge to define a strategic vision that will meet the goals and needs of your customers.
You should attend this workshop if you are any way involved in creating digital products or services including websites, software, web applications and digital or mobile devices.
You will learn how to:
- Discover how user experience design will create relevant and successful end products.
- Conduct meaningful design research to inform your design process.
- Ideate multiple solutions using design tools such as personas and scenarios.
- Define a strategic vision that will meet the goals and needs of your customers.
- Produce documentation that will create an effective elevator pitch for your strategic vision.
